UK & Ireland Sales Manager

Location: England

Salary: TBC + VCP/Bonus (Dependent on experience) – includes car allowance/company car, pension, enhanced private healthcare (includes dental, optical, therapies)

The Job: As the UK & Ireland Sales Manager, you will manage a team of sales specialists to sell/promote a range of neurodiagnostic equipment, accessories, and consumables. In this fully autonomous role where you’ll have complete ownership of your team, You will be responsible for maximising our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Working for one of the leading UK diagnostic neurophysiology equipment suppliers, you will be required to:

  • Day to Day management of the UK & Ireland Sales Team consisting of sales specialists
  • Work with the senior management team to drive marketing and sales promotional activities
  • Provide high-level application support and training to sales specialists and customers when required
  • Presentations and customer product evaluations (including in theatre)
  • Full product training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level support to the sales team and customers
  • Manage the company sales CRM
  • Perform product demonstrations to customers
  • Take on territory responsibilities during the recruiting process of sales specialists
  • Develop and maintain good contact with customers
  • Being part of a team installing complex networked systems at hospital sites
  • Attending academic and clinical meetings to promote our products and keep up to date with developments

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Successful previous experience as a manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Qualification to appropriate degree or postgraduate level or equivalent
  • Clinical experience of performing EEG, NCS or IOM (desirable)
  • A thorough understanding of our products and their clinical applications (full product training will be provided)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate well to customers
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Located in UK specifically in the midlands to southern England region
